You post your ads, we display them and are not responsible for the content nor are we liable for postings placed.
Postings are limited to:
<ul><li>Pool tables new or used for sale by companies or by private parties</li>
<li>Pool table services such as moving and service may only be posted by companies within the used-pooltable.com affilliation. (If interested in becoming a member contact srvc@used-pooltable.com to apply}</li>
<li>You understand the staff has authority to approve every ad and if overposting occurs ads will be removed or suspended from the system</li>
<li>Post different products when posting multiple ads</li>
<li>All posts will be reviewed prior to releasing</li>

Though we cannot catch every innaproprate post immediately we do our best to keep posts other than pool tables for sale out of the system. If you see something that does not belong you can click the report abuse button on the listing and we will investigate the listing asap.  We offer a 100% money back guarantee on your purchase of a featured ad listing.  If you do not sell your table using our featured ad listing we will refund your purchase in full, not available to companies selling pool tables on this system and should you make a request for a refund you will be sent a form requesting information, once received we will initiate your refund in full no later than 15 days after recieving your information form.
