Customer: Hello, A couple of weeks ago Jeff Black came out and did a great job fixing and "re-felting" my pool table - so first - THANKS!
I'm writing because Jeff mentioned that I could order a cover and a magnetic cue ball off of your website. I didn't see anything about the cue balls individually, nor did I see anything about how to order the covers. Is it best to call directly? Or is there an order form ? Thanks - Melissa

Staff: Mike, Sorry for the delay. We have been out of town and will be for the next two days. I want to look at the example in Portland. As for your pictures it seems as though the horizontal bar that activates the ball tray is missing at a minimum. I'll have to take the example here in Portland apart and snoop around but it may take up to a week. I'll also take some pictures of the completed table to send you, this may help you greatly.
